In 2011, when soup-oriented ramen was popular, Samyang Food CEO Kim Jung-soo visited Myeongdong-gil
I happened to find a spicy buldak restaurant crowded while passing by.
I got this idea and thought that spicy food can be deliciously spicy, too
The development of buldak stir-fried noodles began with the motif of 'spicy, chicken, and stir-fried noodles'.
The marketing department and the lab staff specialize in spicy foods such as buldak, bulgopchang, and chicken feet
I go around to eat delicious food and study various kinds of hot peppers
We worked hard to develop a "deliciously spicy sauce" that fits the strong Korean spicy taste
It's tilted.
And two tons of spicy sauce, 1,200 chickens, and after 12 months of research
I found the best mixing ratio and developed Buldak Stir-Fried Noodles.
